At Castelli Wear Shop, we stand behind our premium cycling gear just as we stand behind your riding performance. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process to ensure you get exactly what you need for your cycling adventures.

Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note:

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags
  • Original packaging should be included when possible
Important Note: For safety reasons, ProtectiveArmor items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. All protective gear sales are final once the item has been used or the original packaging has been opened.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our team: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Use our template below for quick processing.
  2. Wait for authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package your items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund

Note: International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want isn’t available, we’ll process a refund instead.

Exchanges typically take 2-3 weeks to complete (including return shipping time and processing of your new item).
