Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days delivery after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days delivery after shipment
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your cycling gear. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and return details (use our template below).
- Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Items: Securely pack unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging (include packing slip or order confirmation).

Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- International refunds may take additional processing time with your financial institution
Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers cover return shipping costs unless the return results from our error (wrong/defective item).
Exchange Policy
We happily exchange items for different sizes or colors (subject to availability):
- Exchanges typically take 2-3 weeks (including return shipping and processing)
- We cover shipping costs for replacement items
- If your desired item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead
Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, ProtectiveArmor items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. All protective gear sales are final once used or the original packaging is opened.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged/defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement/refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
